Explanation of Planning

When planning our music video we divided certain tasks equally, focusing on what tasks are best suited for which persons skills. To do this we sat as a group and discussed who would like to do each task, placing the chosen persons initial next to that task on our planning sheets. This organisation allowed us to know who would be doing which task, so we could talk to each other about how best to approach each assigned piece of work and help each other if our jobs overlapped. For example, while I was planning costume, Izzy was looking at how to approach mood boards, meaning we could communicate our ideas to see how we could create a theme that fit both well so we didn't have contrasting ideas.
